SМС 531 vacuum extruder

Extruder SMС 531 is made in the form of «monoblock», which provides increased strength of the frame and easy installation.

Torque distribution occurs in the original gearbox, which is an amplifier of the design at the same time.

Extruder is equipped with a single-shaft mixer, which provides the possibility of moisture the mass. The mixer has a shaft with blades, which thoroughly mix the mass, make it homogeneous and prepared for vaccume.

The screw design and its convenient location make it easy to replace and repair.

Extruder is equipped with a high-volume vacuum chamber to maintain the specified vacuum level.

The process of removing air from the mass occurs in the vacuum chamber, which significantly improves the quality of semi-finished products and, as a result, finished products.

For more effective vacuum, the mass is «cut» with a special knife installed at the entrance to the vacuum chamber. Doors were made on both sides for easy access to the vacuum chamber when servicing.

Extruder drive is equipped with two pneumatic couplings: one pneumatic coupling transfers torque from the electric motor to the gearbox and screw shaft, the second pneumatic coupling transfers the torque from the reducer to the mixer shaft.

Two paddle shafts are mounted in the vacuum chamber, which prevent the mass from hovering over the screws.

Cylinder of the extruder is equipped with four swirls (two on each side) to prevent the cranking the mass on the screw and reduce of swilling mass formation during brick shaping.

Extruder is equipped with its own lubrication system, which provides forced lubrication of all gears of the gearbox. Lubrication is carried out by irrigation.
