The company Ceramiteс supplied equipment for the factory for the production of ceramic brick and ceramic block in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The production capacity is 35 million bricks per year. We have manufactured a heat resistant furnace vault using a new technology using mulito-silica materials and fire resistance up to 1150 degrees. The structure of the arch allows quick installation. In terms of durability and service life, it is not inferior to the standard fireproof vaults of the furnace, but significantly benefits in the pricing policy. Supply of ventilation equipment of the kiln and dryer with rotary fans was performed. Kiln car transport including hydraulic pushers was provided. The plant has been launched and put into production capacity produces high-quality brick not less than M150.
